Return Guidelines

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, personalized items, final sale products, and used or damaged items are not eligible for return.

How to Make a Return

  2. Shipping the Return: A return shipping label will be provided. Package the item securely and attach the label.
  3. Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds and Processing

  • Once received, we will inspect the return and notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
